Workshop Report on Digital Transformation in Scholarly Communication

Originally conceived under the title 'Open Access 2030', this 20 and 21 November 2019 Science Europe workshop aimed to provide participants with the opportunity to brainstorm and discuss how the digital revolution and innovative models of information dissemination might challenge the current research publishing practices. Seven key points to consider were identified, along with the need for adoption from users to bring about real change in the publication process.
